Daito Pharmaceutical (China) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture in China established by Daito Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Toyama Prefecture, Japan) and Cheer Fine Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong). The Company is primarily engaged in the manufacture, sale, and import/export of pharmaceutical products, with a particular focus on generic drugs. In addition to serving as a contract manufacturing organization (CMO) for overseas markets, the Company is progressively expanding its proprietary sales business into both the Chinese domestic market and overseas growth markets.

Daito Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., founded in the 1940s and headquartered in Toyama Prefecture, Japan, it is primarily engaged in generic drugs, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and formulations. It owns a complete industrial chain spanning API synthesis to formulation production and has deep-rooted presence in Japan’s generic drug market.
Together with its affiliated companies in China, including Cheer Fine Pharmaceutical (Anhui) and Anhui Tingworld Pharmaceutical, Daito Pharmaceutical (China) Co., Ltd. forms an integrated production system for intermediates, APIs, and formulations within the Daito Group's Chinese operations.
