Integration and Enhancement Phase (2012–present): Through systematic quality guidance, talent exchange programs, and management system development, the Company has comprehensively enhanced its production management capabilities and quality control standards. Building on this foundation, the Company has launched contract manufacturing services, leveraging China's cost advantages to serve overseas markets.
Proprietary Expansion Phase ("DTP2027" Mid-Term Plan): As a key component of Daito's mid-term business plan, "DTP2027," the Company has in recent years focused on advancing its proprietary generic drug business in China, marking a strategic shift from export-oriented/contract manufacturing to proprietary sales in the Chinese market. Supported by the parent company's quality guidance and talent exchange programs, the Company is progressively advancing the regulatory filing and proprietary sales of its own generic drugs in China.
